Granta Pharmacy is offering NHS COVID-19 vaccinations at our Sawston branch. Our aim is to make it easy and convenient for eligible patients to stay protected.
Vaccination clinics are held every Wednesday between 10:30am and 2:30pm.
Who is this service for?
You may be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination if you are:
- Aged 5–74 years and immunosuppressed
- A resident in a care home for older adults
- Aged 75 years and over, including those who will turn 75 on or before 30 June 2026
What does the service involve?
The COVID-19 vaccination helps protect you against serious illness from COVID-19. Our trained pharmacy team will administer your vaccine safely and provide any guidance you may need before and after your appointment.
How the service works
Booking your appointment
All appointments must be booked through the NHS National Booking System:

- By phone: Call 119, where an advisor can assist you
At your appointment
Attend your appointment at the scheduled time. A member of our team will carry out the vaccination and answer any questions you may have.
After your vaccination
You will be given any necessary aftercare advice and information about what to expect following your vaccine.

Appointments are quick and efficient, typically taking 10–15 minutes.
